Zoolights

The aroma of funnel cakes and popcorn, feels like you're at a carnival in the middle of winter. Zoolights! Where do I begin? This event is the most magical FREE experience you will ever experience in Chicago during the holidays. I mentioned in a previous post all the fun things to do in Chicago during the holidays and this was top of the list for my family.

There are so many Christmas lights and decorations around the zoo. Santa Clause, merry go rounds, hot chocolate, numerous places to take family pictures. We will definitely be back when it's not as cold because we were freezing. Overall though, it is nice to have some family traditions and do things with your family that you used to do as a kid. Go out! Make some traditions. Make some memories. Happy Holidays!
