Bold lips! That's what Fall is all about (in my book anyway) we can put our pink and bright lip colors away and take out the BOLD. Fall is all about a bold lip, you can turn any basic outfit into something else just by adding a little lip color. Dark brown, violet, berry, the colors are endless. My go to store for lip color, and all other make up, is E.L.F. Inexpensive and various good quality products are why I like them.
