Who doesn't adore sleeves? Puffy, embellished, not your basic sleeve. I personally love a comfortable basic top with a little umph...a v-neck-long sleeved, black top, with lace sleeves. I can see that, I can wear that. Especially with a winter jacket, you don't want to be all bulky, which is why I am for your ordinary blouse or top with just a little detail to stand out.
It's cold (well here in Chicago) so if you have to wear sleeves, let's at least make it look good.
