Tie-Neck Blouses

Tie-neck blouses are in and I am loving them. They can be worn dressed up or dressed down and look good either way. With Fall right around the corner I think these blouses fit well with this season. You can wear a nice jacket with it and have the tie peaking out while your jacket is halfway unzipped with a nice pair of jeans or even a skirt. I hope to see this tie-neck trend around because it is to die for.
